Acceptance of buildings or renovation works

The job consists in :

  • Visiting to the property with the landlord, the contractor and the architect.
  • Recording the existing defaults.
  • Providing a drafting report with a precise decription of the defaults. This report is intended to be countersigned by the parties in exchange for keys and for liberation of the caution money.
