The job involves :

• Visiting the neighbouring properties of the building site.
• Recording the general condition of the properties and the eventual existing structural damages in written and pictographic forms.
• Providing a written report within the 3 weeks.

This report will record the general condition and the eventual existing structural damages of the neighbouring properties of the building site, to fix the complementary dilapidations to the properties due to the building works.
